Anna has lots of passions, but she mainly loves plants and nature, yoga – a very big help to find her interior peace – and of course tattoos, that she considers a beautiful form of art and a way to express her personal and intimate interests.
Hello Anna nice to meet you! You are a young and beautiful tattoo collector who loves fashion, tattoos, yoga and selfcare. Would you like to introduce yourself to our Tattoo Life readers?
Hi I’m Anna, a little chaotic girl from the North of Germany, who likes to be creative, loves nature, travelling and does yoga to find her inner peace from the constant noise of the world outside.
Where do you live?
I live in a small town near Hamburg.
What do you do for a living?
Right now I’m studying tourism economics and also work in the HR department of a big fashion company.
When did your passion for tattoos start and what did you choose for your skin?
It started pretty early when I was very young. At that time rock/metal music and all those tattooed musicians had a big influence on me.
For myself I prefer the black tattoo art without any colour because I like the aesthetics and contrasts on my skin.
How do you choose the subjects of your tattoos? Would you like to tell me some of the tattoo artists you chose for you?
I always had a passion for nature, spirituality and a big interest in witchcraft. I think those interests reflect in almost all designs I got tattooed so far. Most of my tattoos were made by the lovely @sellyachatattoo from Bochum and @enoki.ink from Hamburg. I also got a beautiful snail done on my leg by @spence.tattoos in Bremen and my most recent tattoo done by @susannmarleen from Berlin and I definitely plan on getting more designs done by all of them in the near future.
Do you love flowers and plants?
Absolutely. I grew up in the countryside with a lot of forests and fields around. My grandmother tought me a lot about plants and nature when I was young.
How do you consider tattoos on a female body?
For me it doesn’t matter if it’s a male or a female body. Tattoos are an equally beautiful form of art and a way to express your interests, creativity; they can be seen as written chapters in the book of everyone’s life.
What image of yourself do you like to reflect on Instagram? How would you describe yourself?
On Instagram I like to be myself first and foremost without playing the role of a superficial social media person. I’m a person with a big heart but like everyone else I experience some lows in life from time to time and I’m not afraid to talk about those things as well with my community.
How would you like to say hello to our readers?
Listen to your heart and never forget to love yourself. Be you!
